How does the Ratings System work?
If you are a client, you can rate a Greatjob Service Provider for the work they have performed. If you are a Service Provider, you can rate a client.
Greatjob wants to ensure that the majority of people that use our website are there to either find a Service Provider that does a great job or, a client that will pay on time. To do this, Greatjob has established a rating system whereby you can rate Greatjob Service Providers or Greatjob Clients. Typically, the higher the rating a Service Provider or Client has, the happier the user will be. This mechanism means that poor performers will continue to be weeded out from our system.
As a secondary benefit, a great and consistent rating is valuable asset to have when a Service Provider seeks employment with a new company.
There are two rating systems - one for a Service Provider and one for a Client. Effectively, you provide a numbered rating depending on how you feel about the service that was provided or how you felt about the client. You will also leave a one line comment. If you have more to say or comments that you want to keep to yourself, you have the ability to do that as well.
