Using the Greatjob Logo
Being a Greatjob Service Provider entitles you to royalty-free, non-exclusive use of the Greatjob logo (“the logo”) for promotional purposes to advertise your business and your connection with the website and the company.
You may use the logo provided that:
a. You are currently a Greatjob Service Provider;
b. You accept the terms of this agreement in full and agree to comply with them.
In using the logo you agree to the following:
1. You will not alter the content, colour or shape of the logo.
2. You will not remove the words “Service Provider” from the logo.
3. You will not use the logo for any purpose other than promotion of the services offered through Greatjob.
4. You accept that Greatjob Pty Ltd is the owner of the copyright in the logo.
5. You acknowledge that you may use the logo as a Greatjob Service Provider and not as a representative or employee of Greatjob Pty Ltd.
6. You will not attempt to register the logo as a trademark or other form of intellectual property in Australia or anywhere else in the world; nor will you attempt to register a trademark which is similar to the Greatjob logo.
7. You agree to indemnify Greatjob Pty Ltd in respect of any claim brought against them resulting from your use of the logo.
8. Upon termination of your use of the Greatjob website (www.greatjob.com.au) or cancellation of your Greatjob user profile you will no longer be entitled to use the logo.
9. Greatjob Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate your use of the logo at any time for the following reasons: a. Breach of this Agreement. b. Breach of the Greatjob Pty Ltd Standard Terms and Conditions. c. Any use that Greatjob Pty Ltd deems improper or likely to damage the reputation of the company.
