Gift Certificates
You can choose a Massage Service, Beauty Service, Painting Service, Car Detailing Service or any service on the Greatjob System.
Buying a Gift Certificate
To buy a Greatjob Gift Certificate, click on the Gift Certificate box on the home page and follow the instructions.
You do not have to be a registered Greatjob user to Purchase a Gift Certificate. Please note, however, the person you are giving the gift certificate to must register as a Greatjob user (it's free).
Receiving a Gift Certificate
It's wonderful to receive a Greatjob gift certificate! You can use it to purchase services from our Greatjob Service Providers. Your gift certificate contains information on what services you can use the Certificate for.
The Gift amount is the amount of money you can spend on a Greatjob Service Provider service.
The Expiry Date is the date in which the certificate expires. To take advantage of the certificate, you must use the certificate (create a payment voucher) before the certificate expires.
The Gift Category (if supplied) is the category for which the certificate is valid.
The Gift Sub-Category (if supplied) is the sub-category for which the certificate is valid.
The Profile ID (if supplied) is the only Service Provider for which the certificate is valid.
The Certificate Type will be either "Automatically Imported" or "Manual Import Required"
If the Certificate Type is "Automatically Imported", then you are already a Greatjob user and your Gift Certificate has already been loaded into your Greatjob user (Master) account. Follow the instructions for "Using your Gift Certicate" below.
If the Certificate Type is "Manual Import Required", then go to the "My Account" Tab (from the Greatjob homepage), login (or sign-up as a new Greatjob user), click on the "Gift Certificates" link (on the left hand navigation panel) and press the IMPORT A CERTIFICATE button. This will load your Gift Certificate into your Greatjob user (Master) account.
Using your Gift Certificate
When you have decided on a service, then use the Greatjob system to 'book' a service provider. When you are ready to pay, you can transfer your Gift Certificate into a "Payment Voucher" to pay your service provider. Greatjob give you the flexibility to pay for the service before, during or after the service has completed. To pay for a service using your Gift Certificate, you must create a Payment Voucher. To create a Payment Voucher, go to the "My Account" Tab (from the Greatjob homepage), login, click on the "Gift Certificates" link (on the left hand navigation panel) and press the PAY WITH CERTIFICATE button and follow the on-screen instructions. This will transfer the amount in the Gift Certificate into a Payment Voucher that will be automatically transferred to the Service Provider.. You can transfer up to the maximum remaining value of your Gift Certificate.

By listing your service on Greatjob, you automatically have access to our Gift Certificate System. Clients can purchase Greatjob Gift certificates to procure your service.
Receiving a Payment Voucher
If you are a receipient of a Greatjob Payment Voucher, then the amount on the voucher has already been transfered into your Greatjob Master Account. To view your Payment Voucher(s) and have it deposited into your bank account, go to the "My Account" Tab (from the Greatjob homepage), login, click on the "Payment Vouchers" link (on the left hand navigation panel). Click on the "Redeem" link against the payment voucher, complete the required information and press the "PAY TO BANK" button.
